Mike German
Mike is a retired Seattle Police Captain and the Secretary of the Seattle Police Pension Board. Mike is arguably one of the most informed people in the state on issues dealing with LEOFF 1 and 41.20 issues. He is considered the go-to guy for answers about the system by both retirees and disability board members across the state.

The annual LEOFF I COLA which is due on April 1, 2010, is very likely going to be small (LIKE 0% to 1%) or it even could turn out to be a negative number.
