Be sure to check out our recent article on the Windfall Elimination Tax. The bill has been reintroduced in Congress. Just don't get too excited about it. It gets introduced every year and then nothing happens. Frankly I think they just introduce the bill so they can say the support action to eliminate the provision. That is great except for the fact that there is never any action.
